How to Use the Scrabble Cheat
Enter the letters you want to search, hit Solve, and the Scrabble Cheat will display the matching words. You can enter up to 12 letters and use a question mark (?) for each blank tile.
Open the Dictionary options to choose Scrabble - English US or Scrabble - English UK. Selecting the correct dictionary matters because the two versions do not accept exactly the same collection of words.
Results are ordered by word length initially. Open Filters and select Order By Score when you want to see the words with the highest basic tile value first. You can also separate results according to whether they require one or more blank tiles.
The Scrabble Cheat finds words from the letters you provide, but it cannot see the current board. Treat the results as possible plays, then check where each word will fit and how any premium squares or additional words affect its final score.
Find High-Scoring Scrabble Words
A long word is not automatically the best Scrabble word. Letter values, premium squares, crosswords made during the same turn, and the tiles left on your rack can all make a shorter word the stronger play.
Use the score filter to identify words containing valuable tiles such as J, Q, X, and Z. The score shown beside each result is its basic letter value. Its actual value on the board could be higher if newly placed letters reach double-letter, triple-letter, double-word, or triple-word squares.
Blank tiles can represent any letter, although a blank itself scores no points. The Scrabble Cheat highlights words that need blanks, helping you decide whether the extra flexibility is worth using now or saving for a later turn.
When a definition is available, tap a result to learn what the word means. This is particularly useful when the Scrabble Cheat uncovers an unfamiliar but valid word that you would like to remember for another game.
Turn Scrabble Cheat Results into Better Moves
Look Beyond the Longest Word
Compare the available scores rather than choosing the first long word you see. A compact word containing a high-value letter can outperform a longer collection of common one-point tiles, particularly when it reaches a premium square.
Make Premium Squares Count
Look for ways to place valuable letters on double-letter and triple-letter squares. Double-word and triple-word squares multiply the value of the complete word, so they can transform an ordinary collection of tiles into a strong move.
The opening word must cover the center square, which doubles its score. After that, consider whether a move exposes an important premium square that your opponent could use on the next turn.
Balance the Letters on Your Rack
The highest-scoring immediate play is not always best for the following turn. If possible, avoid leaving yourself with too many vowels, too many consonants, or a cluster of awkward duplicate letters. A balanced rack gives you more options when you draw new tiles.
Use Blank Tiles Carefully
Blanks are valuable because they can stand in for any letter, not because they score points. They are especially useful for completing a seven-letter play, escaping a difficult rack, or reaching a valuable part of the board. Saving one can be sensible, but not when using it creates a clearly stronger opportunity now.
Remember the Seven-Tile Bonus
Playing all seven tiles from a standard rack in one turn earns a 50-point bonus. When the Scrabble Cheat finds a seven-letter word, check carefully whether it fits the board before settling for a shorter play.
A Scrabble Cheat for Practice and Learning
The tool is useful away from a live game too. Re-enter a difficult rack after you finish playing and compare the words you noticed with the complete results. Reviewing missed possibilities can help you recognize common letter groups and find words more quickly next time.
You can also use the Scrabble Cheat to test unfamiliar combinations, explore what a blank could become, and learn the meanings of valid Scrabble words. The aim is not simply to copy the first answer, but to understand why one play might be more useful than another.
