Using Scrabble Solver

The standard Scrabble Solver website is free to use and supported by advertising. You may use its tools for personal, lawful purposes. Please do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated requests in a way that places an unreasonable load on our services.

Third-party software, including ad blockers, may interfere with the website. If a problem is caused by such software, we may be unable to investigate or resolve it until you test the website without that software.

Word lists and solver results are provided as aids. They may not match the rules or accepted words of every game, and we cannot guarantee that a particular answer will be accepted.

Your Account

You are responsible for providing accurate registration details, keeping your password secure and contacting us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You must not share Pro access with others or use another person's account without permission.

We may suspend or close an account if it is used unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that seriously disrupts the service. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to contact us.

Scrabble Solver Pro

Each Pro purchase provides one year of access. If you renew before your current access expires, the new year is added to the end of your current paid term. Pro does not renew automatically, and you will not be charged again unless you choose to make another purchase. There is nothing to cancel merely to prevent a future renewal charge. We may invite you to renew near the end of your term.

The price and any applicable tax are shown before you complete payment through Stripe. Stripe determines the applicable tax and shows the final amount at checkout.

For a new account, Pro access starts when payment is confirmed following your express request for immediate access during registration. A renewal extends your existing paid term, or starts a new term if your previous access has expired. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive your full payment-card number.

Cancellations and Refunds

Once any applicable cancellation period has ended, we do not provide a refund for unused Pro access simply because you decide to stop using it before your one-year term expires. This does not affect any cancellation, refund or other rights you have under applicable law, including where Pro is faulty or not supplied as described.

UK and EU Customers: 14-Day Cancellation Right

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you will generally have 14 days from your Pro purchase to tell us that you wish to withdraw from it, without giving a reason. To do so, email contact@scrabble-solver.com with the email address used for your account and a clear statement that you wish to close your account and cancel the subscription purchase.

If you expressly request that Pro access starts during this period and then exercise your cancellation right, we may charge a proportionate amount for the access supplied up to the time you tell us you are cancelling. We will refund the remaining amount as required by applicable law. Requesting immediate access does not, by itself, remove your 14-day cancellation right.

Website Content and Availability

The website's design, software and original content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the site in the ordinary way but may not copy or redistribute substantial parts of it without permission. Scrabble and other game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; Scrabble Solver is not affiliated with them.

We aim to keep the service available, but may need to maintain, change or temporarily interrupt it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights.

Changes and Contact

We may update these terms and will show the current version on this page. Changes will not take away rights you have already acquired under a paid Pro term. If a change requires you to agree again, we will ask you to do so.
